Bella Online Ordering—Terms & Conditions

Shipping & Handling

Orders for in-stock items will typically be processed and shipped within one to two business days via U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service). Though we can ship to PO Boxes, please also provide a street address for all orders to be shipped. Orders are shipped from New Hampshire. Orders requesting shipment outside of the area can take up to five to seven business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Please note that we currently do not ship to addresses outside of the continental US.

Payment

We accept valid Visa and MasterCard credit cards for payment. Your card will be charged upon shipment.

Billing Questions

Upon placing your order, we will authorize the amount of your purchase plus applicable shipping fees to the credit card you provided. We will collect payment or charge your account only when the order is shipped from our warehouse.

Checking Your Order Status

Once your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped to you within 24-48 hours. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you including your order number and any other relevant information pertaining to your order. Should you have any questions regarding the status of your order please email us at orders@bellalh.com. Please note that inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.

Canelling & Modifying Your Order

Please e-mail us concerning desired order cancellations and modifications to orders@bellalh.com. Please be advised that although we will do our best to make the appropriate changes, we cannot do anything to the existing transaction once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Pending inspection, a credit will be issued to you for the value of the item. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Errors - Bella will make every effort to pick and pack your order in accordance with your properly completed order form. In the event that an error does occur, Bella will be happy to accept the return of all goods shipped in error provided that they are in their original packaging and free of damage. A credit or refund will be issued upon approval of returned merchandise.

Claims for damaged goods must be reported with 3 business days of receipt of order. All other returns must be free of damage and in their original boxes in order for credit to be issued.

It is imperative that you complete the ORDER, RETURN, and REFUND/EXCHANGE sections of the form provided with your order for us to process your refund or exchange. Make sure that you include the Item#, product name, and other pertinent information. You can find the necessary information on your original invoice or packing slip. Place the form with the item into a secure package (the original packaging if possible). Packages must be sent prepaid. We suggest that you insure the package as we cannot be responsible for any lost exchanges. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Important: Bella will only pay for return shipping charges if you were sent an incorrect or defective item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
